Customers come first, but we understand the value of a team member. We recognize this but wanted to let everyone else in on our little secret. It’s been proven that companies that invest in recognition of staff see better results for the organization.

Travelers Haven is pleased to announce the hire of Hilary Johnson as our Sr. Recruiting Manager. “I am one that thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment, and I truly enjoy the challenges that I am faced with. I am thrilled about the footprint that I can create here for recruiting and help take it to the next level,” Johnson explains.
Johnson brings 17 years of recruitment experience to the company. She also has expertise in various industries, including healthcare, technology, and the public sector, where she has worked as an individual contributor, as well as a talent acquisition leader. This Colorado native received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. She also holds two certifications in HCI Strategic HR Business Partner and DDI Targeted Selection Behavioral Based Interviewing.
As the Senior Recruiting Manager, Johnson will help the organization continue to grow through her recruiting experience. Recruitment is something she is very passionate about and loves the impact it has on someone’s life.
When she’s not at work, you can find her and her husband Kip traveling, getting some hiking in, golfing, drinking wine, and watching sports-especially the Denver Broncos. She also is a fellow dog lover and has a one-and-a-half-year-old Havanese pup named Kirby (named after the video game and not the vacuum).
