Customers come first, but our team members continue to keep our company thriving. We recognize this as an organization but wanted to let everyone else in on the little secret. It's been proven that companies that invest in recognition of staff see better results for the organization.
This week we’re highlighting Sara Duderstadt-Cape, as our Client Operations Manager. “I truly enjoy making a difference in a traveler’s experience. Being able to listen to someone, understand their problems and correct them brings me joy.,” Sara Duderstadt-Cape explains.
Before her time with Travelers Haven, she worked for another corporate housing company in their Guest Services Department. All of her career experience has been in hospitality. Being able to provide guests with a great experience is what drives her.
She also has been involved in coaching and developing her recruitment team, Lean Overview, and training Behavioral Based Interviewing for hiring leaders. We’re excited to have her on our recruiting team to help grow our organization.
Outside of Travelers Haven and on the weekends, you can find her hiking in the mountains or trying out a new cooking recipe. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Dunderstadt-Cape attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania majoring in Hospitality Management. After graduating she moved to Nashville, TN for two years before moving to the beautiful state of Colorado. She’s called Denver her home for the last 3.5 years.
