Travelers Haven Announces New Executive Hires, Promotions

Travelers Haven and its sister company Hotel Engine end 2017 with the addition of three vice president hires and the promotion of three internal leaders. Jason Hall, Kipp Chambers, and Anna Kaminsky (above) all joined in November.

DENVER (November 29, 2017) – Travelers Haven, one of the largest corporate housing companies in the country, is excited to welcome several key additions and promotions to its and Hotel Engine’s leadership team. The newest members and title advancements further strengthen the sister companies’ service offerings and enable the accelerated customer development for their tech-based products.

“As we continue to show tremendous growth in both Travelers Haven and Hotel Engine, we’re constantly looking for exceptional talent—just like that of this group—to help us lead and achieve even more impressive results in 2018,” said Elia Wallen, CEO and founder of both companies.

Kipp Chambers joins as Vice President of Product Marketing

Chambers brings more than 15 years of experience with high-growth B2B and B2C tech companies as a data-driven marketing leader. Previously the Head of Marketing at Closetbox, he joins the marketing department to guide product positioning, branding development, and content strategy.

“As I learned more about Travelers Haven’s vision and ambitious growth, I knew this was a company I wanted to help build,” said Chambers. “I couldn’t be more excited to join this phenomenal team.”

Jason Hall joins as Vice President of Growth Marketing

Hall also heads the marketing department with a focus on digital marketing, data science, and customer insights. With 17 years of experience in online marketing strategy and business operations, Hall was most recently the former Chief Operating Officer at BINOCS Inc., a VC-backed, early stage startup based in Boulder, Colorado.

Anna Kaminsky joins as Vice President of Accounting & Financing

Coming from VC-funded software company iZotope, Kaminsky has spent more than a decade in finance and accounting—including audit, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as established global and start-up environments. She started with the Travelers Haven team in late November to apply and build upon her skills in financial planning, analysis, and management.

Rachel Meyer, Arielle Vaughn, and Gina Angelone advance to higher titles

Meyer is the latest addition to the Executive Leadership Team in recognition of her proven expertise in recruitment and retention. After starting as Director of Talent Management in early 2017, she now adds her vision for the long-term talent acquisition and development to the forefront of both Travelers Haven’s and Hotel Engine’s greater growth.

Vaughn becomes the new Director of Operations after working as a Customer Relationship Manager for Hotel Engine since September. Previously, she worked in elite hotels for four years and served in the military for more than six years. Vaughn now oversees the rapid development of the Hotel Engine customer lifecycle, from the platform app’s user experience to tracking productivity reporting across departments.

Within Hotel Engine’s group bookings department, Angelone earns the title of Manager of Hotel Engine Groups. Angelone had previously worked as a Client Account Manager for Hotel Engine Groups since April 2017. She continues to lead and oversee the team of territory and account managers to better target and fulfill the needs of extended stay and group hotel bookings through Hotel Engine’s online platform.
