We’re happy to announce a major update to the Billings page on the Travelers Haven Portal (THP). After hearing from our clients, we cleaned up the design and added some new features. It’s now easier to access and organize your monthly invoices. You can sort, download, and share your monthly invoices for any lease on your account with just a few clicks.
The best part? You can now pay your invoices using a credit card through the platform! That means you can streamline all future payments by enabling auto-pay, or make manual payments for multiple or individual bills online. Here’s some highlights:
Functionality You Need to Stay Organized
Our new Billings page now features the ability to email, export, and pay individual invoices or selected groups all at once. Alternatively, you can choose to download everything together by clicking “Download All as CSV” at the bottom-right of the page.
Pay via Credit Card Online
You can now make your monthly payments online through THP. When you go to pay an individual or group of invoices, a popup window will ask you to select a payment method. Add your first credit card with just a few clicks and forms. Be assured that your credit card information is encrypted and sent to our PCI-compliant payment processor. Travelers Haven will never store your credit card details.
Once you add a credit card, you can edit and manage its information at any time. From the “Manage Credit Cards” tab, you can set a default card, enable autopay for future invoices, and remove payment options when you no longer need them.
