Receive all the essential information specific to your lease and apartment, emailed straight to your inbox or downloaded as a PDF off the Travelers Haven Portal (THP).
We designed the move-out letter to cover everything you and your traveler will need to know for a smooth transition. Based on your lease and property information, the letter lists your exact check-out date and time; the property’s office hours and contact information; and how to prepare the apartment before it’s vacated. Your dedicated account manager can also add any necessary details specific to your unit and situation.
When Is it Available?
Once you submit your Notice to Vacate, your move-out letter will be available on the Travelers Haven Portal and the occupant’s Traveler Dashboard. You and your traveler can also receive the letter via email as an attachment one week before move out.
